Bear Mountain Boat Shop of Peterborough Ontario provided the plans for this 16' Chestnut Prospector Canoe built by Brian Maiorano of Missoula, Montana. He named her MAKAI, which is Hawaiian for "toward the ocean".

John and Jonathan Aitken built two Design 80 lapstrake prams using plans from Paul Gartside. The 7' boats are built using traditional methods and materials - red cedar and mahogany fastened to oak frames using copper roves and rivets.
Robert Mann rows his pulling boat SPORTIN WOOD in the Vallecito Reservoir in southwest Colorado. The plans for 18' x 36" beauty are from WB, #97, designed by Ken Bassett. He launched her in May 2001 are spending three months building her.
FISH TALES was built from scratch and is substantially all mahogany. A 19 gallon gas tank is beneath the bow deck, along with an anchor hatch. The center console is mahogany and the Captain’s seat is a design borrowed from older Boston Whalers. The boat is powered by a 70 hp Yamaha outboard.
Using Phil Bolger's "Sweet Pea" design for inspiration, Allen Head designed this boat for his 9-year-old daughter, Casey. With an overall length of 9', CASEY'S BOAT is constructed from 6mm Meranti plywood. Casey did much of the painting.
I completed building this Northeaster Dory from a Chesapeake Light Craft kit in June after 8 months of weekends working.
SARAH JEANNE is a 14' Marsh Cat (Joel White design) built by Philippe Voyer and launched in July 2002. He writes that Joel White was really an artist, to design such a strong, beautiful boat.
This Swedish 15 square meter class yacht VIXEN was built in 1938 by Kungsfor Boatyard in Stockholm, Sweden. About 49' long, it was wrecked in 1988 on the Firth of Clyde in Scotland, before being rescued by James McIlraith of Renfrew, Scotland.

Brian Mardall, of London, England, designed and built this car-toppable rowing boat weighing just 65 lbs. He calls it an East Anglian Gun Punt, and likens it to a Louisiana pirogue. Brian used plywood, Douglas-fir, and mahogany in his construction of NORFOLK TURTLE.
The ballast keel wooden sloop "Rascal" was donated in 2021.
