WEE LASSIE
Randy Colker built this Harry Bryan-designed Wee Lassie for his wife, Shirley. She needed a boat light enough for her to move it to and from the water without assistance. As you can see here, she can move it easily, she can even lift it by herself.
ABENAKI CANOE
Herb Friese built this 16' x 35" cedar strip canoe, Abenaki model, from plans and materials supplied by Newfound Woodworks, Bristol, NH. Herb said it took about eight months of part-time work in his garage. The canoe will be used in the waters around Catskill, NY, by owner Kathleen Farrell.
KATHLEEN
Our Caledonia Yawl KATHLEEN was launched for the first time on May 1, 2015 at the Cedar Key Small Boat Meet.She is the 16th boat and 3 trimaran conversions that Kathie and I have built. Hull was built on used Hewes and Co molds from meranti marine ply, We spiled, patterned and fit each plank.
KEEPER
Scotland Island, on Pittwater, a large body of water about 30 miles north of Sydney, Australia, is the home port of this 20' Oxford rowing shell designed by Chesapeake Light Craft.
TRUE LOVE
Chesapeake Light Craft - Peeler launched September 26, 2015 in Washington DC at Columbia Island Marina.
John C. Harris designed, this light but sturdy 15-footer. It’s a “crab skiff,” as they’re known in Chesapeake Bay .
Winnie
Winnie is an Alcort Standard Sailfish built in the 1950s in Waterbury, CT. She came to us mid restoration from New York, we painted her and put her back together. She will sail in a whisper of a breeze and keeps you on your toes when the breeze picks up.
Venture
An 18′ Lug rigged yawl build which took nearly 1500 hours over 4 1/2 years. The hull is strip planked with Western Red Cedar. Structural parts and interior furniture are Philippine Mahogany. Spars are Sitka Spruce.

Gerrard O’Leary of Tenambit, New South Wales, sent us news of the launch of his Stevenson Vacationer, OKAHU.
