QUEEN ARLENE
This molded mahogany plywood boat's hull was made in Canada in 1942. It was sent to the states and the sternboard was installed by the Magnavox Corporation. My father acquired it in 1963 for $60.

BEACH PEA PEAPOD
Rick Pope plans to row his Doug Hylan-designed peapod on every lake and pond in Vermont. He built the Beach Pea using just the articles Doug wrote in WoodenBoat magazines #133, 134, and 135.
TAYLOR MAID
Tom Taylor's life long ambition was to design and build his own boat, and this 20-9" cuddy cabin runabout finally fulfilled that dream. Powered by a Mercury 90 hp four-stroke engine, it has a mahogany hull with lapstrake construction.
GUILLE
Guillemot design kayak.
Strip plank cedar.
Rescued (not my build) and have stripped off 3 kgs of paint and bits.

Charlotte Canoe
John Campbell of Belton, Texas built a Charlotte canoe from plans created by Tom Hill, then he made some modifications. John’s canoe now has an inboard motor borrowed from his weed trimmer. The trimmer drives a 5″×6″ 5-blade propeller and can be removed when John’s lawn gets shaggy.
Puffin
The Welsford Navigator, Puffin, was launched on June 5, 2016. This is my first scratch built boat. Okume plywood was used throughout with white oak and Brazilian cherry for the various and sundry bits.
BELLA
Bella is a Duck Trap Wherry built for our family outings and she was named after my daughter's nickname. The construction method is glued lapstrake and I used 6mm Cedar plywood for the planking and Cedar on the brightwork.
