1928 Herreshoff Herreshoff 12 1/2 (No. 1084, Alouette) in excellent condition. Fully restored by IYRS in 2007. Sailed and maintained annually by current owner. Located in Glen Cove, NY.

Fourth sharpie built from the lines I took off a Briggs built sharpie in Westport Point Mass in 1987. ALDEN TEEL, named after my father, A.T. Ring, was started in 2012, but not completed until 2024.
I built this slightly stretched version (9 1/2 to 11 ft) of Paul Butler’s Montana Pram for my son, his wife and 2 daughters (2 and 7) exploring for ducks, frogs, and adventure on a small pond adjoining their back yard. We launched it on my granddaughter’s 7th birthday in July 2024.
