WOOD DUCK
After building several smaller boats in his living room, Dan Nielsen moved to a tent boatshed to build WOOD DUCK, a garvey-like design of Dan's own. Frames are Alaskan yellow cedar and Honduran mahogany sheathed in jequibita plywood.

HELLEN
When Brian Clark completed a yearlong restoration of his great-grandfather's boat, HELLEN, he promptly won three awards at the 2008 Antique and Classic Boat Society's boat festival in St. Michael's, Maryland: People's Choice, Competitor's Choice, and Best-in-Class Workboat.
LONGBOAT REPLICAS
Over a period of a few months in 2008 Shelburne, Nova Scotia craftsmen and volunteers built two 23-foot boats from plans of the launch carried by Capt. Bligh's HMAV BOUNTY.
THE SKIFF
Bill Warm restored his Seaford Skiff in 2009 and says that he built the skiff in 1999.
RIFF SAILING DINGHY
F. Daniel Fry of Williamsport, PA, worked part-time over two years to complete his sailing dinghy from Paul Gartside's Riff design. Western red cedar strips were used to build her.
