The Lobster Boat 26 (LB26) is a plan for amateur builders like no other!

Silver Thread is a replica of a Cornish lug and mizzen used in the inshore fishing and as tender to larger vessels within harbors. The original boat, Summer Haze, was built in Padstow around 1908.

Caprice is a Mini Offshore Cruiser for two.

Built with double sawn frames and strip plank, this little gaff cutter is designed for long term cruising.

“Breeze” is a 10′ (3m) double paddle canoe. Two sheets of plywood needed. Stitch and glue construction using 3″(75mm) fiberglass tape in epoxy for all seams inside and out. The deciding factors when designing the boat were mostly the same as with all my designs - seaworthiness and lightweight.

Buckley Yacht Design have increased the size of the kit boat which is on offer. This 39′ Catamaran is the largest kit boat in the portfolio.

ZEN is a very simple 10 Foot boat (www.diecipiedi.it) particularly narrow and therefore unstable. It is not the right boat for a beginner but, in the hands of a good helmsman, it may be fast.

The Annapolis Wherry offers thoroughbred performance on the water combined with breathtaking grace. The Annapolis Wherry has been turning heads since 1997.

This 32′ double-ended sharpie ketch will provide the amateur builder with a shoal-draft cruising boat of simple construction.

Construction: Plywood planking over sawn frames.

Lofting is required.
