ANNA MARGARETHA
After a period of almost 13 years I finished my wooden schooner and launched it in a canal near my home in the eastern part of Holland. First I had to pass a lot of bridges before I could finish it all with stepping the masts.
CAPITAL GAINES
CAPITAL GAINES is a glass over plywood boat constructed with sapele frames, meranti marine plywood, with sapele and cypress accents. It’s powered with a Yamaha 70hp outboard motor.
Old Town Canoe
1978 Old Town Guide. This 18′ canoe is powered (when necessary) by same vintage Shakespeare Wondertroll 606 on an Old Town outboard motor bracket. Used lovingly by one family since new on trout streams throughout Arkansas.
NĀ MO'OPUNA
I spent the Covid-19 Lockdown finishing Nā Mo’opuna (Hawaiian for The Grandchildren), a 9′6″ Nutshell Pram.
BLUEGILL
Great boat for the low water Inland tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay. My wife sewed the sail from Sailrite. I was lucky to have a neighbor who had a lathe to turn the 13ft mast.
