LE CANARD
le Canard is a boat that I originally designed as a pedal powered launch. The hull was built of cold molded western red cedar in 1987 to serve as a plug for a mold to build the launch in composite construction.
FURIE (Vrijheid V1406)
The Vrijheid (Freedom) class was designed in The Netherlands in 1945, just after World War II, as a new national competition unity class. Some 2000 were built, of which 1565 received an official class number.
