Meraboire 1, one of the last known Pinaud motor yachts, is for sale. Walter Pinaud made his name working with Alexander Graham Bell on experimental hydrofoils in Baddeck, Nova Scotia and built Meraboire 1 there circa 1963.

This boat was built from plans purchased from the museum at Mystic Conneticut. I named it JOYCE. The build took a couple of years. It is powered by a 1919 2 1/2 hp Kingfisher engine built in Toronto, Ontario.
