As featured in WoodenBoat issue #274, the Tombolo 28 is an iconic modern classic outboard-powered cruiser. The mission of the design dictates a maximum length under 30′ and a trailerable beam.

Kingfisher’ II is was developed directly from Kingfisher. Hull shape was modified with with flatten side line and reduced height. Other hull dimensions remain the same, width of 93 cm, flat bottom and slim shape gives good stability and maneuverability.

Beautiful already.
This little skiff was designed and built with the grandchildren in mind. A fun and safe little boat was the intention. Positive flotation was made with bulkheads installed fore and aft, accessible through deck hatches.
