Pease Boat Works in Chatham, Massachusetts, recently designed and launched this 17′6″ × 5′7″ center-console Mill Pond skiff. The hull is built from marine plywood, fir, and angelique, covered with a layer of fiberglass and epoxy.
With a design by Sam Devlin, owner Dan Taylor built this stitch and glue cruiser out of Okumo plywood. The cabin is finished with Doug fir and Alaskan yellow cedar. It took just over two years to complete with help from family and friends.
LONG REACH is constructed with African mahogany over white oak frames. The boat’s name, retained from the previous owner, comes from a portion of the Piscataqua River in New England.Listing under previous owner.
Adam Birtwistle of Swan River in Perth, Australia, recently finished building a Melanesia Outrigger sailing canoe, designed by James Wharram. He spent a year on the contruction.

Riva’s only outboard designed in the early 50’s with a 25hp Evinrude. Some 140 models were built between 1950 and 1957. We have been fortunate enough to have received a good set of plans that cover all details enabling us to replicate this little treasure.
JEZEBEL is a Grand Banks 32 owned by Greg Walsh of Cape Elizabeth, Maine. When she needed a tender Greg decided to build a Shellback skiff from a kit sold by the WoodenBoat Store.
