The Headwater TRANSPORT 9.9 is an easily Car-Topped Pram Dinghy with a constant deadrise 10 deg. V-bottom Planing Hull  with lifting chine strips.  Bow and stern seats provide level flotation if the hull is swamped, and also provide dry storage if watertight closures are installed. 

Construction is by the Stitch & Glue method using epoxy fillets and fiberglass tape. Plans consist of four 11"x17" CADD drawings , Nine typewritten pages of Instructions, and a four page instructions sheet on scarph joining plywood and solid lumber. Recommended power is by short-shaft outboard up to 7.5HP. (Can also be rowed or powered by a trolling motor) A complete materials list is included Plans
