STUART LITTLE

Iain Oughtred of Findhorn, Scotland designed this dinghy with length just under 7'. Bill Clapp is the builder and owner. He writes, "The STUART LITTLE has proven to be a very satisfactory 'minimum' pram. At only 52 pounds it provides small boat seamanship for my grandson Nathaniel. The light weight is also a nice advantage when towed as a cruising tender to my Rozinante TERN." Launched in July 2003, the dinghy is of lapstrake construction, made from 4mm occume plywood with white cedar seats and floorboards. Nathaniel practices his rowing in Granite Bay, Short Beach, CT.
