TRUE NORTH

True North is a highly original “old style” Lyman Sleeper described as one of Lyman’s best big water boats. Modifications include installation of mahogany ceilings, a rear seat in lieu of a fish tank, and a Chris Craft 327 engine in lieu of the original Grey Marine Fireball.

True North is normally docked at a campside slip in Willsboro Bay on Lake Champlain when not travelling to ACBS boat shows or river excursions, including to Manhattan and Montreal by water and Lake Michigan and Lake Dora and Florida’s St Johns River by trailer.

True North was acquired circa 1995 from the original owner — a brackish water fisherman on upper Chesapeake Bay.
