ADELINE

ADELINE is a Pelicano 20, a custom version of the Pelicano Bass Boat by Pacific Northwest Designer/Builder Sam Devlin. She was built in the spring of 2015.

ADELINE is our second Devlin boat. For the past several years we were the proud owners of KELINA, a beautiful 32-ft Devlin Topknot fast cruiser. We loved the boat, but we didn’t like the high cost of dockage and storage here in New Hampshire.

We decided a simple, trailerable boat was all we really needed, and after some discussion with Sam Devlin we decided to trade KELINA for one of his Pelicano designs. His Pelicano 18 looked great, but we wanted a bit more room in the cockpit, so we agreed on a slightly stretched, 20-foot version.

With no through-hulls, and easily towed behind our mid-sized SUV, ADELINE opened new cruising ground from Maine to Georgian Bay, Ontario. She can be stored on the trailer in our garage when not in use.
