Tales at the Gig Harbor BoatShop

Children are invited to a maritime-themed story time at the historic Eddon Boatyard. Kids ages five and up will gather around the cozy wood stove in the Boatyard's Joiner Shop, where boats have been restored and built since the 1940s, to listen to familiar stories with nautical twists, sing songs, and more. Children will be surrounded by Gig Harbor's maritime and working waterfront heritage in this unique space that still operates as a working boatyard.

Storytimes at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3 p.m. (each lasting 30-45 minutes).

No cost. Open to children ages five and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
