RIVER RANGERS℠ : Summer Canoeing & Learning Program

-

What to do with your 10- to 14 -year-old kids/grandkids in August? Put them in colorful wooden canoes for a week of fun on the Navesink and  Swimming rivers and Shadow Lake. These young River Rangers learn boating and teamwork skills, gain new friends, and obtain an understanding of the local maritime environment and wildlife. Canoes, life vests, paddles, and qualified, experienced adult supervision are all part of the package. Just add your children!

Navesink Maritime Heritage Association has offered the River Rangers program each summer for many years and won awards for the program. Certified teachers have many years experience managing River Rangers on the water.

The program runs August 5–19 and August 12–16,  Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
