Knot Your Typical Beer Tasting

Come learn some new knots, practice some old standards, and try some local beer around the boatyard’s woodstove. We’ll cover the staples of land and sea; the square knot, bowline, clove hitch, half hitch, and figure eight. With each knot learned, we’ll sample a new beer.

Line, beer, and snacks are provided - you just bring yourself.

 Thanks to 7 Seas Brewing and Second Wave @ the Boatyard for sponsoring this workshop. We teach the knots, 7 Seas provides the beer, and Second Wave supplies the line.

Light snacks will be provided and you are welcome to bring outside food.
