7th Classic Yacht Symposium™

“Exploring the Breadth & Boundaries of Classic Yachts: A Collaborative Event to Enhance Understanding, Appreciation and Exploration of New Ideas on all Aspects of Classic Yachts.” The 7th Classic Yacht Symposium™ 2016 program will include: Tours of premiere builders in the Newport — Bristol area; expert panel exploring the breadth and boundaries of classic yachts; expanded networking opportunities for all attendees; new displays and classic yachts at the museum piers; Herreshoff Centennial yacht presentations—NY 40 & Fish Class; William Fife and Nat Herreshoff One-Designs of the 1890s; recent classic “big boat” projects; L. Francis Herreshoff designs—American and Australian interpretations; classic powerboats overview, restoration and fleet maintenance.
