BTD Frej
On 8/13/2016, Suzanne Nye launched her Bjorn Thomasson Design Frej kayak in Fleming Island, Florida. Her husband Mark, built the kayak using western red/Alaskan yellow cedar strips for the hull/deck and sapelle plywood for the cockpit coaming and bulkheads.
FLORA B.
We launched FLORA B., a Chesapeake Light Craft Wood Duckling kayak built from a kit, on August 20, 2016, with great fanfare. Flora and her father built her over the course of a year of part-time (very part time) construction and finishing.
HANALEI and WAILUA
The two 14-ft. Glen-L “Can-Yaks,” launched on July 30, 2016, at the Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, CA. Boats are framed in Honduras mahogany, planked with 6mm Okoume plywood, and everything is sealed up with a single ply of 3.8-oz. glass cloth and epoxy resin.

We launched the Ozona Pram demo this last May and it debuted at the Cedar Key Small boat Meet 2016

A stitch & glue tender that can be rowed, motored and that sails like a charm.
Bucephalus
This Adirondack Guide-boat has a cedar stripped hull over steam bent spruce ribs. She has Curly maple stems and decks with Cherry deck caps. The gunwales and hand caned seats are cherry. The paddle is Cherry. The oars are hard maple. She has galvanized steal shoes.
PYEWACKET
The fly bridge was removed to meet the height restrictions for hauling over the road.
Owned since 2005 by current owner, the third owner since in 1971.
