FURIE (Vrijheid V1406)
The Vrijheid (Freedom) class was designed in The Netherlands in 1945, just after World War II, as a new national competition unity class. Some 2000 were built, of which 1565 received an official class number.
RIVER RUN
The 11′ 7″ foot dinghy was constructed from a kit purchased from Chesapeake Light Craft, Annapolis, MD. The center of the interior has a painted rendering of the Connecticut River using a xeroxed image of the nautical chart of the river.

Långedragsjulle 10
I built this Långedragsjulle 10 in Ekami, Woodenboat Building school, Finland. The boat’s origin is from Western Sweden in early 20th century. Originally it ought to have a bermuda rig, but I wanted more simple rig for easy towing and launching.
Wahoo FSK
On Dec 2, 2015, Mark Nye launched his strip-built Wahoo Fast Sea Kayak. The hull and deck are Western Red Cedar with Alaskan White Cedar and Puruvian Walnut, and the combing/bulkheads are Sapele plywood. Construction took a little under 200 hours spread over a three-month period.
