PETREL - 1928 Converted Troller

Designed by Matt Tolonen and built at Columbia Boatworks in Oregon, Petrel's heavy construction and double-ended hull reflect her Finnish roots and rugged seaworthiness. She worked up and down the Pacific coast for 66 years before undergoing an extensive 5-year rebuild. Retaining her original keel, massive engine beds and about half her frames, she was revived with impressive craftsmanship and respect for her original lines. Now a gorgeous long-range cruiser, multi award winner, and feature of WoodenBoat Magazine (#169), Passage Maker, Oregon Coast Magazine and Soundings. As comfortable in a museum as on the ocean, she's modern, yet not overdone. Easily handled solo. Truly an immaculate turn-key classic! Only selling due to overseas transfer. Please visit for more info, history and photos. Note: Foc'sle has been converted to a large V-Berth with custom desk space. $119,000 USD ($159,000 CDN)
