1941 Arrow wood sailboat, 18' with trailer

NIMBUS was raced out of Sheridan Shores Yacht Club (Wilmette Harbor, IL) in the 1940s by her original owner, Dr. Earl Lux. About 65 years later, his grandson commissioned a full restoration at West Bay Boat Works in Traverse City, MI. Nimbus has been resting on her trailer in covered, climate-controlled storage in northern Michigan for the past three years. Prior to that, she was sailed every summer on Lower Herring Lake. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a time to come see the boat, please let me know! Thanks for looking.
