SPHERA is a simple cruising boat, studied for the maximum ease of construction in relation to its size.

During rise of the nautical tourism on east Adriatic coast in late 1980s, there was a lack in offer of smaller sailboats for day rent and sailing lessons.

The Puur 17 is a trailerable performance daysailer that’s been featured in Small Craft Advisor. The modern design is unsinkable, self-righting from knock-down, easy to solo, and comfortable for 2 adults with 2 kids.

An open shoal-draft centerboarder suitable for rowing, daysailing, or coastal cruising.

Construction: Carvel planked over steamed frames

Alternative construction: Lapstrake, strip, or cold-molded

JUNIOR, designed to compete in Diecipiedi (10 Foot) Class (www.diecipiedi.it), is norrower and therefore less stable than other boats but it is one of the fastest monohulls of the class.

Kingfisher’s shape was inspired by famous Chestnut Prospector. Hull width of 93cm, flat bottom and slim shape gives good stability and maneuverability. It is designed for crew of 2 with additional equipment (tents, fishing rods…).

LITTLE CRAB is a smaller version of the Chesapeake Crab Skiff I drew several years ago.

The Stevenson Projects Weekender design is forty years old this year! Inspired by the classic lines of Friendship sloops, but translated to plywood, the Weekender has the looks of a classic era and the light-strong straight-forward simplicity of more modern materials.
