SEA SKIFF

Paul Cartier bought his 1962 Chris-Craft Sea Skiff for "what the trailer as worth. The boat had mostly good bones but was cosmetically in very rough shape. I went through everything." Everything entailed replacing the wiring, the engine, the deck (with mahogany), the seats, and windshield: "I stripped and repaired every surface." Paul did all of the work himself, except rebuilding the gauges, and expects to tackle the upholstery as soon as he finds time to fix up his sewing machine.
