PAMELA ANNE

PAMELA ANNE is a John L. Hacker 'Flapper' design that was developed back in the 1920's. The plans were originally published in Motorboating magazine about that time. Gary Jurick bought the plans from Texas Dory and started construction in 1994, and 10 years and 3500 hours of labor later, he launched PAMELA ANNE on August 7, 2004. The hull is 18' long and seats four people. PAMELA ANNE is powered by a 350 cu. V8 engine, which Gary built from scratch in 1991. He constructed the hull from 5mm okoume plywood covered with epoxy. PAMELA ANNE is named for Gary's wife who graciously gave up her half of the garage to allow room for construction of the boat. Email Gary at gjjurick@charter.net
