Introducing the Levant 15

Designer Chuck Paine describes his latest creation, the Levant 15. The boat is derived from the legendary Herreshoff 12 1/2, which it resembles above the waterline. But the new boat has some decidedly modern attributes: a fin keel, semi-balanced rudder, and unstayed carbon-fiber rig. This all adds up to a deceptively fast, comfortable, and easy-to-maintain boat.
