Sail, Paddle and Row Show

The Sail, Paddle and Row Show is a boat show held annually in Traverse City, Michigan. It is hosted by the Maritime Heritage Alliance. We welcome people with classic craft to contact us and participate for a great day filled with ships, shanties, and shenanigans on the new Discovery Pier in Greilickville, MI. Bring your own vessel to show off on the Pier, or come by for the day! The boat show portion of the event is free to the community. And boat show participation is also free.

We are also hosting our first every race, available to anyone with any sailing, rowing, or human powered vessel. This is called No Power and is the same day. Further details on this challenge can be found at https://nopowertopower.eventbrite.com
You can sail, Paddle, Pedal or Row a course of 9 nautical miles from Discovery Pier to Green buoy #7 and back. You can use all four offered methods of propulsion, if you like! This event is designed for people to get out on their own vessels and support a great cause! The entry fee goes directly to the Maritime Heritage Alliance to help preserve, restore and teach the Maritime Heritage of the Great Lakes!
