National Teaching With Small Boats Conference

-

Save the Date! The 2019 Teaching With Small Boats Conference will be held on October 11-14, at the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, NY. The theme will be “Building Cooperation and Collaboration” within your communities and between Teaching with Small Boats Alliance (TWSBA) organizations. TWSBA is a collaboration of educators and programs that teach math, science, and other essential skills through the process of boat building. Conference Registration Now Open!

As always, we’re looking to: build organizational skills in TWSBA organizations; provide examples of effective programming; and address needs identified by the regional gatherings. Past TWSBA conferences have been so valuable because folks share their experiences through hands-on demonstrations, panel discussions, and the occasional lecture. If you have something you’re interested in sharing, let us know!
