Breakfast for Boats

Hear life-changing stories, learn to tie a new knot and enjoy breakfast with the Seattle business community. Event is presented by the Center for Wooden Boats and takes place from 7:30-9:00 a.m.

Our keynote speaker for Oct. 8, Dr. Wallace J. Nichols (author of Blue Mind: The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected, and Better at What You Do), will give a 20-minute talk during the event, and afterwards he’ll be in CWB’s Gallery next door for a book-signing from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. Books will be available for sale (and are available for purchase now in our gift shop, if you would like to read the book before the event!).
