Miss Winnie Davis’ 1880s rowboat BARBASHELA will return to her home at Beauvoir in Biloxi, Mississippi, on Fri., Nov. 18, 2016, at 3 p.m. She is a 20-foot bateau that has been undergoing an extensive restoration at Small Boat Restoration in Florida.
