12' wood skiff

12' wood skiff by Maxwell's Boat Shop in Rockland. Light weight but strong. Bought for $1,500 in bad shape in 2019, restored and selling in good condition for $1,400. Brass stem, stainless oarlocks, and new oars. Balanced for rowing. In covered storage since 2020. A pretty boat with lovely lines. Cash only. You pick up at Georgetown, Maine town landing during July.
