Sailboats - Cruising

MINUETTO CRUISER

MINUETTO CRUISER may take part in a competition of the Mini Transat Class, fully complying with Class rules, but stands a few chances only under very favourable weather conditions, with average-low winds and when beating up to windward. The boat has a beam of 2,5 m for easy trailering and a sail surface of 32,8 sq.m. The keel may be lifted by means of a tackle manoeuvred from the cockpit. Even if it is less powerful than the Sprint version it is still a fast cruising boat and should have even better performances with light winds. The interiors are essential but quite spacious and suitable for 4 people. The construction method is the "stitch and glue" type with many fibreglass (or carbon) reinforcements in stressed areas.
