Sailboats - Cruising

CAPRICE

This mini cruiser is designed for long term offshore cruising. Although a little more than 15’ at the waterline the buoyant and deep hull allow having all the necessary cargo for long term cruise. She is wide. Allowing a good deck area, and with the small superstructure makes the work on deck easy. The more than usual heavy displacement had several advantages, one is the comfort from bad weather, and the other is the plentiful room down bellow. Two people will have all the comfort, including a private double stateroom aft, a small saloon with galley, and an enclosed head. The companionway is on the roof of the main trunk cabin, off center and landing to the saloon and galley area. A wood stove provides the heat and cooking, the sink being in the head area.
