SQUAREHEAD

Herb Pollock keeps the 9'6" Nutshell Pram he built pulled up on the beach in front of his house in Holland, MI. Named SQUAREHEAD, she is a Joel White design. He planked her with okoume plywood, used mahogany plywood for the transom, and catalpa wood for the thwarts, then varnished her inside and out. The spars were from Sitka spruce spinnaker pole used on the 12-meter boat MITENA. Contact Herb at 2285 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland, MI 49424 (email: Pollockherb@aol.com.)
