MOSES

2nd boat, both inspired from the pages of WoodenBoat. After building the Piccolo (Kai-yoshen) I thought it would be nice to have something slightly more practical so when I saw the Candlefish 13 a few years ago, it checked all the boxes and would allow me to learn the fibreglass and epoxy side of things. I finished it last summer and took it out a few times in and around the lower mainland of Vancouver. It handles well and looks great....I went with the colour of the one in the magazine but think a change is in order for this summer.
