GRACIE

This is Chesapeake Light Craft’s tandem wherry rigged as a single. I started working on it the spring of 2015, continued through that summer and then hit the pause button when work was interrupted by life (hernia surgery) and cold temperatures. I finished up the wherry this summer. The interior is finished with five coats of Interlux varnish (three coats of gloss; two coats of satin). The exterior is finished with five coats of Interlux Brightside polyurethane paint (Hatteras off white with the accent strip in Sea Green). Home port is the small seaside village of Kingston located on Washington state’s Puget Sound.
