DRAGONFLY

Fifteen-year-old Andrew Seguin built this Dynamite Payson designed work skiff between march and August 2002. It is Payson design number 606, 18' long with a 5' beam built out of plywood and mahogany. Andrew named the boat DRAGONFLY after an unfortunate dragonfly who landed in the fresh resin and was later encased in resin on the deck of the boat. Andrew uses the boat for fishing and shellfishing in Tim's Cove Cotuit, harbor on Cape Cod. He launched the boat on Labor Day 2002, and was able to catch over 100 fish before hauling the boat in November
