BILL'S THRILL
Bill Spring and his grandchildren got a thrill from BILL’S THRILL, his Swifty 12 catboat kit from Fred Shell in St. Albans, Vermont. Bill spent eight months on the project at his home in Fredericksburg, Virginia, before trailering the boat to Schroon Lake in New York in July 2011 to launch BILL’S THRILL.
