An online Subscription Services page is available for you to update or make changes to your WoodenBoat subscription. Your account number is required to access this portal. It should have been provided to you in an email when you placed your order or you can get it at: Welcome to Subscriber Services (sfsdata.com) .

What is the frequency of WoodenBoat?
Bi-Monthly (6 issues per year).

Is there a money-back guarantee?
Simply cancel and receive a refund on all unserved issues.

Does my mailing label show my expiration issue?
Yes, it will show the last issue in your current subscription, for example, May/June 2023.

How do I find my Account number?

Digital Subscriptions

My login will not work. What should I do?
Make sure you are using the correct username and password. You may have up to three different sets of usernames and passwords affiliated with WoodenBoat. 

  • WoodenBoat.com login is one system to post your launching, post a boat plan or kit, to register your wooden boat.

  • The Digital Issue Login is another system that allows access to WoodenBoat issues in digital format and uses your email address to verify your digital subscription. Please use the email address you provided with your digital or print + digital subscription as both your user name and password to gain access.

  • The WoodenBoat Forum also is a different system with its’ own login.

When my login does not work after several tries, what should I do?
Completely turn off your PC or your hand held device. This will clear out all the history for the several times you have tried to login.

Is a digital issue free with your print subscription?
No, there is a fee to add digital to your print order.

Can I add digital to my print subscription?
Yes, you can add digital. The fee to add digital is only $3.00 for 1 year (6 issues), cost depends on the number of issues remaining in your subscription. Use this form to add digital to your print subscription.

Can I switch from print to digital?
Yes, you can switch from one to the other at no extra cost. Contact customer service: WoodenBoat@sfsdayton.com.

Can I download a digital issue as a PDF?
Yes, when you are logged into the digital issue select the tool that looks like a wrench in the upper right of the menu bar. In the pop-up you will see a choice to download.

Can I cancel my digital subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time and a refund will be sent for the issues not served.

Are digital back issues available?
Yes. Once you are logged into an issue in the top menu bar on the right side you will see an icon that looks like a folder, select that to see back issues.

Is the digital version available from iTunes?
Yes, a digital issue is available from iTunes as a single or yearly subscription.
