ELLIE MAY
This Whitefin 22, powered by a 90 hp Evinrude, cruises about 25 knots with four adults aboard and has a top seed of 35 mph. Bruce Hansen constructed it from plans by John Gengler, using epoxy and plywood over mahogany frames. Bruce and his family use their boat on the big lakes of Voyageurs National Park in northern Minnesota.
