Rare opportunity to complete a beautiful 16-foot Mahogany Plywood Runabout designed by Sandy Point Boat Works. This is a substantial, long-term custom boat-building project that was started in 2012 and completed to approximately 70% structurally before work stopped in 2014 due to time and health constraints. The boat has been stored inside a garage since construction began and has never been exposed to prolonged outdoor storage.

Construction - 16' Sandy Point Boat Works Mahogany Plywood Runabout design. Built from marine-grade plywood - Structural framing constructed from yellow pine. Oak and Brazilian maple used for trim/decking. Entire hull fiberglassed and encapsulated in epoxy. Bottom coated with Rust-Oleum ablative marine paint. Original full-size Sandy Point Boat Works plans included. Dozens of construction photographs documenting the build from day one.
