From your 18 digit account number, you only need to use the 6 digits in bold to retrieve your account.

2. This brings up a page to fill in your name and address. DO NOT FILL THIS IN. Under the address lines, you will see a block with words “Reset Form”. Under this block, see the words “click here.” Do that.
4. On this page, key in your 6 digit account number and it will bring up your account. Here you can renew, change an address, do a payment, & other functions listed to the left of your account.
